Bread Making and Tea Tasting Party

Come & Learn how to prepare your own Sourdough bread at all 4 phases. Bake, taste and enjoy teas with fresh homemade Sourdough Bread. Go home with your very own sourdough starter, ready to bake loaf & recipe cards!

$25/person.

Event Schedule

Phase #1 Starter Care and explanations Equipment needed.

Put prepped bread into oven for baking

Phase #2 Waking up the starter Demo

Phase 3# Let Participants see the awakened starter

Have them weigh next set of ingredients for the Bread

Let rest 30 min exercise and set timers for every 30 min for bread stretching Bread stretching demonstration then have participants practise bread stretching

TEA BREAK

Tea AND Bread tasting while the bread is waiting to be stretched

Phase #4 Participants work on already fermented bread shaping the dough and practising final shaping

Phase #6 Bread scoring, spraying Demonstration and put next bread loaf into the oven

Participants will go home with their Loaves ready to ferment for another 31/2 hrs and bake (after overnight fermentation) a SOURDOUGH starter as well as a recipe card.
